The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Described In The Design Documentation, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part Of The A Segment Of The Building Of The Primary School No. 78. Prof. Wiktor Dega In Poznań, Consisting In The Creation Of Three Kindergarten Classes With The Necessary Internal Technical Installations, As Well As The Adaptation Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Secretariat And The Managements Office. In The Scope Of The Rebuilt Part In Segment A, Three Kindergarten Classes And Their Facilities Are Being Brought Into Compliance With The Regulations Hygiene, Sanitation And Fire Safety. The Existing Office And Secretariat Are Being Moved To Another Segment Of The School. The Existing Building Has The Following Installations: Cold Water, Domestic Hot Water (Dhw), Sanitary Sewage, Heating, Gas, Telecommunications And Gravity Ventilation. The Scope Of Work Introduces Changes For Segment A. The Basic Scope Of Works:• Securing The Construction Site;• Securing The Construction Site Against Excessive Noise And Dust In Order To Protect The Health And Life Of School Users;• Fencing And Appropriately Securing Construction Equipment Against Access By Unauthorized Persons;• Dismantling Existing Partition Walls Marked For Dismantling;• Removing Existing Floor And Ceiling Layers To The Extent Necessary For The Scope Of Work;• Securing Ceilings, Digging Holes And Making New Lintels;• Bricking Up Old Door Openings;• Dismantling Existing Windows Indicated In The Drawing Part, Dismantling The Wall External (Covering) In The Indicated Scope And Installation Of A New Window;• Processing New Windows Similarly To The Existing Façade;• Preparing Openings For Installation Passages;• Construction Of Partition Walls And Internal Installations Along With Fire Protection And/Or Sealing (Ventilation Fireplaces On The Roof);• Execution Of Floor And Ceiling Layers To Achieve The Required Acoustic Fire Resistance;• Finishing Works Of Walls And Floors;• Installation Of New Door Openings;• Installation Of Ventilation Grilles;• White Assembly;• Cleaning Works Of The Construction Site. The Works Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Restrictions Related To The Commencement Works During The School Year. The Office And Secretariat Are Moved First. Ordering Materials, Especially Equipment, Should Be Taken Into Account Well In Advance. All Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out With Due Precision, And All Elements That Are Not Subject To Replacement Or Modernization Should Be Protected Against Damage And Dirt. During The Performance Of All Works, Applicable Health And Safety Regulations Must Be Complied With.
