Tenders are invited for Construction of 1 No Bedroom 4 Unit Quarters for Police Training School at Kenyasi No. 1 Closing Date: 16th May, 2024 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of 1 No Bedroom 4 unit Quarters for Police Training School at Kenyasi No. 1 Additional Information: 2. The Asutifi North District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the execution of the above-mentioned works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NTC) procedures as specified in the public procurement act, 2003, (act 663) 914, 2016 as amended. 3. A complete set of the bidding documents should be purchased by interested and eligible bidders at the DPCU Office of the Asutifi North District Assembly within normal working hours from 09.00 hours to 17.00 hours GMT at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00) per document. Tenderers shall submit with each tender, a Bid Security of 2% of the tender price in the form prescribed in the tender document. 4. Tenderers are required to submit their tenders with the following documents in support of the Tenders. i. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate. ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate. iii. Valid GRA Certificate. iv. Valid Labour Certificate. v. Valid Business Registration Certificate from the Registrar Generals Department. vi. Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA). vii. Power of Attorney. 5. Tender documents bearing the Project Name, Contract No. and in sealed envelopes shall be delivered to and deposited in the Tender Box at the District Assembly Conference Hall on or before Thursday 16th May 2024, at 10.00 GMT.
