Elering As Is Renovating The Haljala 110Kv Substation. Renovation Is Carried Out Using The Turnkey Method. Turnkey Means That All Equipment Within The Scope Of The Project Is Delivered Together With The Necessary Design Work, Installed, Set Up, Checked, Etc. And Finally Handed Over To The Customer In Energized Form. Buildings And Facilities Are Designed And Built And Handed Over To The Customer In A Finished Form.
