The School Building To Be Repaired Is Located In Kokemäki And Was Built In The Early 1960S, Which Was Completely Renovated In 2003–2004. The School Was Later Expanded With Extension Parts. The Building Is Multi-Storey. Demolition Work Related To Indoor Air Repair And Space Changes Is Being Carried Out On The Ground Floor Of The B Part Of The School. The Floor Area Of ​​The Area To Be Repaired, Where Demolition Work Is Carried Out, Is Approximately 617 M2. The Demolition Work Includes Dismantling The Old Partition Walls, Surface Slab And Light Gravel Thermal Insulation And Hvac Technology In Accordance With The Demolition Plans. The Demolition Of Materials And/Or Movables Containing Asbestos And Harmful Substances And Hazardous Waste Presented In The Hazard Survey Is Done As A Whole As Part Of The Contract. Since The Demolition Work Is Carried Out In A School Building With Teaching And Other Facilities Outside The Contract Area, The Contractor Must Pay Attention To The Demolition Methods Applicable To The Site During The Demolition Work. And Equipment As Well As For Managing The Generated Dust. As A Starting Point, Demolition Methods That Produce As Little Dust As Possible Should Be Chosen. The Contractor Performing The Demolition Work Must Present The Demolition Methods He Uses And Their Suitability. Since The Demolition Work Is Carried Out In A School Building With Teaching And Other Facilities, The Contractor Must Pay Attention To The Demolition Methods And Equipment Suitable For The Site, As Well As The Control Of The Generated Dust. As A Starting Point, Demolition Methods That Produce As Little Dust As Possible Should Be Chosen. The Contractor Performing The Demolition Work Must Present The Demolition Methods He Uses And Their Suitability For The Demolition Work To Be Carried Out At The Repair Site In Connection With His Offer. The Customer Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Site Before Submitting An Offer. A Familiarization Visit To The Site Will Be Organized On May 13, 2024 At 14:00. Participation Must Be Agreed With Construction Engineer Jari Ruposen, Tel. 0404886191. The Form Of The Contract Is A Total Contract. Bids That Meet The Minimum Criteria Are Selected Based On The Lowest Price. Demolition Work Can Start As Soon As The Contract Is Signed And The Work Must Be Completed By July 31, 2024. The Customer Reserves The Right To Freely Compare Offers And Not To Accept Any Offer For A Justified Reason.
