Standing Offer For Editing Services . This Request For Standing Offers (Rfso) Is For The Requirement Of Editing Services For A Maximum Of 15 French Editors And 15 English Editors. The Initial Period Of The Standing Offer Is Expected For 3 Years With 2 Option Periods Of One Additional Year Each.
