Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Town Of Raczków - Borki. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Increase The Capacity Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Due To The Planned Development Of The Sewage Network In The Agglomeration And To Enable The Discharge Of Delivered Sewage Due To The Forecasted Increase In Its Quantity. Modernization And Expansion Involve The Modernization Of Existing Facilities And The Expansion Of New Facilities To Enable The Reception Of An Increased Amount Of Raw Sewage And Delivered Sewage And Ensure Effective Removal Of Pollutants And Achievement Of The Required Quality Parameters Of Sewage At The Outlet To The Receiver. The Subject Of The Order Includes Design, Works, Commissioning, Training, Tests And Commissioning, As Well As Preparation Of All Studies And Obtaining All Administrative Decisions Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In Addition, The Investment Will Include Land Development, Technological Networks, Instrumentation And Control Systems. This Functional And Utility Program Covers Issues Related To Both Design And Construction In The Field Of Expansion And Modernization Of Existing Elements And A Completely New Part Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. It Describes The Data And Minimum Requirements That Are To Constitute The Basis For The Implementation Of The Investment. Carrying Out Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order May Not Cause Difficulties In The Operation Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant Resulting In Failure To Meet The Conditions Specified In The Relevant Regulations And Decisions. The Investment Area Is Located On Plot 191/2 Rev. 0006, Unit Register Of Rająów Belonging To The Raczków Commune Located At Ul. Borki 21. The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant In The Town Of Raczków-Borki Was Designed For 6,000 Pe, Average Daily Capacity Of 600 M3/D And Maximum Capacity Of 720 M3/D. Designthe Contractor Will Carry Out Projects To The Extent Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of This Task, In Particular It Will Design: • Construction Works, Earthworks And Drainage, Construction And Installation Works, Etc.;• All Industry Installations;• Equipment With Technological Devices And Fittings;• Electrical And Instrumentation Works Along With Control And Data Transmission Systems; • All Accompanying Works, Such As Road Works, Macro-Leveling Of The Area; • All Elements Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law (E.G. Information On Safety And Health Protection, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Equipment, Commissioning And Staff Training). Documentation, In Question Should Enable Obtaining A Permit For The Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. All Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Should Be Prepared In Paper And Electronic Versions In Pdf, Word, Dxf, Excel Formats. The Contractor Will Provide All Design Documentation To The Ordering Party In 4 Copies In Paper Form And 4 In Electronic Form. The Designed Solutions Should Be Adapted To The Dimensions Existing Buildings. Construction Works. The Contractor Will Perform All Works In Accordance With The Construction Design And Detailed Design Approved By The Ordering Party. In Addition To The Works Indicated Below, The Contractor Will Perform Other Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With This Study And Applicable Regulations. Construction Works Are To Be Organized So As Not To Disturb The Current Operation Of Nearby Facilities. The Investment Is Intended To Ensure The Indicated Capacity Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Completed Facilities/Equipment Should Be Selected To Meet The Technological Conditions Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, Without The Need To Perform Any Work Or Additional Works, Which Means That The Specified Scope Of Work Must Be Treated By The Contractor Only As The Minimum Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. During The Works, Continuity Of Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Must Be Maintained, To Ensure Compliance With The Requirements Regarding The Quality Of Treated Sewage, As Well As Ongoing Processing Of Sludge. The Contractor Will Agree On Any Stoppages In The Operation Of Existing Facilities With The Operator Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Constructed Facilities And Installations In Existing Facilities Must Meet All Requirements For Admission To Operation And Other Requirements Contained In The Regulations Regarding: A) Structure Safety; B) Fire Protection; C) Sanitary Regulations Epidemiological Regulations; D) Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Health Protection And Environmental Protection; E) Energy Efficiency Of Engines. The Technological Process Must Be Safe For The Staff, Devices, Surroundings And Third Parties, Both During Start-Up, Normal Operation, Renovations, Breakdowns, And Temporary Shutdowns. The Constructed Facilities Will Ensure Possibility Of Continuous Operation. The Technological Solutions And Devices Used Should Be Tested In Operational Practice On At Least Four Similar Facilities. The Environmental Impact Of The Constructed Facility Must Be Limited To The Investment Area And Meet All Requirements Specified In The Decisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order. In Modernized Facilities, Use Low-Noise Devices And, If Necessary, Use Sound-Absorbing Housings Or Silencers. Protection Against Noise (In Accordance With Applicable Regulations) Of Operation Workers Must Be Guaranteed Without The Need To Use Personal Protective Equipment. The Noise Level Emitted By The Constructed Facility Will Be In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of June 14, 2007 On Permissible Noise Levels In The Environment (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 112). Newly Designed Facilities And Modernized Facilities Should Be Equipped With An Automation And Control System. Connected To The Existing System And Ensuring The Ability To Safely Control The Operation Of Devices. At Least 20% Reserve Space In Cabinets And 20% Reserve For The Inputs And Outputs Of The Akpia System Should Be Provided. In Addition To The Use Of Main Devices, It Is Necessary To Select Accompanying Devices That Are Fully Compatible With The Main Devices, Which Will Enable These Devices To Operate At Full Capacity And At Full Load. Scope Of Planned Modernization And Expansion: The Subject Of The Investment Is The Design And Modernization Of Existing Facilities, And The Construction Of New Treatment Plant Facilities, In Particular • Construction Of A Catchment Station For Supplied Sewage And Modernization Of The Own Sewage Pumping Station • Modernization Of The Mechanical Treatment Unit - Installation Of A Grating Sand Trap, • Construction Of A New One And Modernization Of The Existing One Retention Tank• Modernization Of The Main Sewage Pumping Station,• Modernization Of Existing Biological Treatment Lines,• Construction Of An Oxygen Sludge Stabilization Chamber With A Node For Receiving Sludge From Home Sewage Treatment Plants,• Modernization Of The Blower Station,• Modernization Of The Sludge Dewatering Station,• Construction Of A Post-Treatment System For Treated Sewage With An Equalization Tank, • Reconstruction Of The Shelter With Relocation Of The Generator, • Modernization Of The Social And Technical Building, • Construction Of The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, In Particular: • External And Technological Networks. • Construction Of A New Complete Control System, • Roads And Sidewalks, • Land Development, • Auxiliary Installations .The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of Execution Of The Design And Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference.
