To Implement The Multi-Year Collective Relief Program, The Municipality Of Dordrecht Is Looking For A Market Party (Hereinafter: Intermediary) For The 5 Participating Drechtsteden Municipalities That: * Provides Residents Of Ground-Level Owner-Occupied Homes With Qualitative And Effective Guidance During The Entire Process Towards A More Sustainable Home; * Organizes Qualitative Sustainability Measures And Implementation With (Local) Providers; * Collects Data And Lessons From Practice And Makes Them Available To Local Authorities; * Participates In Cross-Municipal Collaboration As A Collaboration Partner And Practical Expert; * Continuously Improves The Approach And Implements The Necessary (Further) Developments To Increase Impact And Quality; * Is Responsible For The Realization And Accountability Of The Obligations Associated With Local Budgets, Including A Minimum Number Of Homes That Must Be Made Sustainable Per Municipality.
