In The Context Of Achieving Its Needs, The Agency Wishes To Enter Into A Contract With A Contractor, For The Provision Of A Support Service For The Operation Of The Leachate Treatment Unit (Bio.Ka.), As Well As The Reverse Osmosis Unit Of The X.Y.T.A. Of Chalkida, Lasting Two Years With The Right To Extend For Two Additional Years. The Assignment Of The Above Service Is Considered Imperative, As The Regional Fo.D.S.A. Has Assumed Responsibility For The Operation Of The Facilities Of The X.Y.T.A. Chalkidas And Therefore Must Proceed In A Timely Manner With The Necessary Procedures, In Order To Operate The Facilities Of The Above X.Y.T.A., In Accordance With What Is Defined In The Current A.E.P.O. Of The Establishment And In General In The Current Legislation. Given That The Operation Of Each Reverse Osmosis Unit Is Continuous Throughout The Year And That Any Damage Or Lack Of Spare Parts And Consumables (E.G. Cartridge Filters, Membranes) Will Result In The Interruption Of Its Operation And That This May Implies That For The Correct And Orderly Operation Of The Installation But Also For The Protection Of The Environment And The Water Table, The Logistical Support Of Its Operation And The Carrying Out Of Maintenance At Regular Intervals By Specialized Personnel Are Deemed Necessary. In Order To Ensure The Orderly Qualitative And Quantitative Operation Of The Reverse Osmosis Unit For This Reason, But Also To Effectively Deal With Emergency Damages And Malfunctions Of The Hydraulic And Electromechanical Equipment, It Is Considered Necessary And Necessary To Enter Into A Contract With A Contractor For The Provision Of Specialized Technical Support .
