Commencing from July 2025 the contract is for a maximum 10-year period. The purpose of this procurement is to select a supplier to provide high quality open space maintenance services, to the specified service levels, in a cost-effective manner. The scope of this contract includes maintenance of Council parks and open spaces, including cemeteries and trees. Parks and open spaces in and around the city encourage active lifestyles, bringing health and wellbeing benefits and providing for a variety of outdoor recreation activities.
