Tenders are invited for Web Based Power Quality Monitoring / Management System for the Period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027. A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 15 May 2024 at 10:00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Sandiso Ndika at [email protected] the necessary contact details (company, email address and cell phone number) at least 48 working hours prior (13 May 2024 at 10:00) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant Provision for load shedding must be made. Tender Fees: ZAR 235.50/- Non refundable.
