Expression of Interest are invited for Project Management and Supervision Consultancy Services. The Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terroristic Operations- Iraq has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Reconstruction of Hawija Technical Institute Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Project management. The Project Management and Supervision Consultancy Services: the scope considers supporting the Executing Agency (EA)/ Project Management Team (PMT) in project management, procurement, and contract administration, Design and constructability plan review and supervision, financial management, disbursement, training in quality TVET delivery and M&E of the project as per the IsDB procedures and guidelines.
