Dismantling Of The Existing Duct Heating Network With All Accompanying Elements - Prefabricated Ducts, Heating Chambers, Valve Wells. Heating Chambers Should Be Forged At Least 1.50 M Below Ground Level. The Bottom Of The Depressurization Chambers By Forging. Construction Of A Pre-Insulated Heating Network Made Of Pre-Insulated Pipes With A Diameter Of 2X150/280/25025/90 [Mm] And Length L = 320.30 [Mb]. Construction Of An External Technological Heating Installation Made Of Pre-Insulated Pipes With A Diameter 2X80/180/16032/110 [Mm] And Length L = 403.50 [Mb]. Assembly Of All Dismantled Steel And Cast Iron Elements Of The Heating Network On The Ordering Partys Premises In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Steel Pipes Should Be Stored Without Elbows, In Straight Sections, Max. 6.0 M With Permanent Marking Of The Section Length. Installation Of An Alarm System And Achievement Of An Insulation Resistance Value Of 200Mω Per 1 Km During Network Reception. Measurement Of The Entire Section Of The Network, Including Preparation Of A Protocol For Measuring Loop And Insulation Resistance With An Lx Meter And A Reflectometric Printout Of The Heat Pipeline Route With An Electronic Record. Restoring The Investment Area To Its Original Condition With Standard Compaction After Installation Works. This Involves The Complete Replacement Of Soil With Sand In Roads, Parking Lots And Sidewalks, And The Partial (50%) Replacement Of Soil With Sand (In Accordance With The Work Execution Technology) In Green Areas. Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Delivery And Commissioning Of A Container Boiler Room In Order To Maintain Continuity Of Heat Supply To The Pool Technology During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. Maintaining Passable Communication Routes On The Ordering Partys Premises During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. During The Warranty Period, In The Event Of A Value Below 200Mω, A Complaint Will Be Filed By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Measurements, Locate The Site Of The Failure And Remove It Within The Time Limit Specified In The Defect Notification By The Ordering Party.
