The Main Focus Of The Structural Upgrade Is To Connect The Foundations To The Roof Diaphragms For Improved Performance In A Seismic Event. Foundations Will Be Added To And Strengthened, Foundations And Footings Will Be Replaced, And Strengthened, Shear Walls Added, And Improvements Made To The Roof Diaphragms Along With A Completely New Roof System.
