Tenders Are Invited For Koultuskuntayhtypää Brahe Acquisition Of Portable Teaching Facilities In The Natural Resources Sector

The Procurement Includes The Delivery Of One Movable, Possibly Completed, New Or Used Spatial Element School (Later Also Transfer Modules/Module Building), On A Turnkey Basis, In Operational Condition, Already Installed In Place For Koulutuskuntayhtmä Brahes Natural Resource Sector Teaching Use On The School Grounds At Sammalkankaantie 280 In Ruukki. Construction/Delivery Of The Site Will Take Place During August 2024. The Used Spatial Element School That May Be Offered Must Be In Good Condition, Have Good Technical Characteristics And Have At Least 25 Years Of Technical Service Life Remaining. The Building/Relocation Space Modules Must Have A Total Size (Apartment Area) Of Approximately 250–350 M2. The Modular Building Must Contain • At Least 3 Classrooms,• Toilets (At Least Three 3 Toilets, One Of Which Is Accessible), • A Storage Room And A Cleaning Room (At Least One Storage Room And One Cleaning Room) • And A Group Room/Break Room. The Premises Must Be Suitable For Teaching And Comfortable. The Modular Building Does Not Include A Kitchen, Canteen Or Exercise Facilities. The Building To Be Offered Must Be Movable. The Spatial Element School Must Not Look Like A Container On The Outside, For Example, But It Must Be Clad In Wood And Architecturally Compatible With The Existing Buildings Already In Use In The Natural Resource Sectors. The Spatial Element School Will Be Used For Teaching In Ruukkis Natural Resource Fields As Part Of Its Already Existing Building Base. Estimated Need, When The Spatial Element School Must Be Ready And Moved To Its Place From 1 October 2024.
