Tenders are invited for Provision of Maintenance and Repair Services for Two Cradle Machines, Cleaning of External Windows, Aluminium Fins and Atrium at Times Tower, and Supply & Installation of Spare Parts for a Period of Two (2) Years Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for Three Hundred and Thirty-Five (335) days from the date of opening of tenders. 13.An original hard copy of the Bid Security of Kenya Shillings Fifty Thousand (KES. 100,000) valid for 365 days i.e. valid up to 2nd June 2025 must be dropped in the Tender Security Box located at Times Tower Building, Ground Floor any day before the tender closing date.
