Kiinteistö Oy Ab Pakkalantie 30 Requests Applications For Participation In The Tender For The Construction Of A New Chimney. Kiinteistö Oy Ab Pakkalantie 30 Property Has Three Oil Boilers, The Output Of Which In A Joint Use Situation Is A Maximum Of 2.5 Mw. A New Steel Chimney And The Horizontal Flue(S) Leading To It Will Be Built For The Boilers, The Smoke Ducts Inside The Boiler Room Will Be Partially Renewed, And The Current Chimneys And Old Smoke Ducts Will Be Dismantled In The Boiler Room. From Within. It Is A Complete Contract, Basically On A Turnkey Basis, Including The Following Tasks For The Contractor: 1) Design Of The Chimney And Flues And Their Support Structures And Foundations Up To The Design Contract Limit Described In The Contract Documents 2) Obtaining The Official And Other Permits Required For The Contract 3) Soil Investigations Required For The Foundations Of The Chimney And Other Construction Requirements Surveys And Construction Of Foundations, Including Earthworks And Other Works 4) Delivery And Installation Of The Chimney, Its Accessories And The Necessary Support Structures, As Well As Piping, Installation, Insulation, Connection And Other Works Of The Chimneys To The Chimney Structures Described In The Contract Documents 5) Commissioning Tasks Of The Chimney And Assisting The Customer With The Necessary Tests And In Carrying Out Approvals6) Dismantling Of The Old (2 Pcs) Steel Pipes And Their Steel Support Structures.
