Telecommunications Services Ii. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Participant For The Subsequent Provision Of Electronic Communications Services For Telecommunications And Data Transmission (Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Electronic Communications Services Or Just Services) To The Extent Specified In The Tender Documentation And Its Annexes, Especially Annex No. 3 Tender Documentation. Individual Partial Public Contracts Based On The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Partial Public Contracts) Will Be Awarded Exclusively According To The Current Needs And Individual Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, While The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Take Any Minimum Volume Of Services. The Participant Is Obliged To Guarantee To The Contracting Authority At Least The Conditions For The Performance Of The Partial Public Contract, Which Were Offered When Concluding The Framework Agreement. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Tender Documentation And Its Annexes.
