Sports Facilities Operation Services – Service Concession For The Operation Of The Max-Schmeling-Halle (Msh) And The Velodrome In Berlin. The Mshs Maximum Spectator Capacity In Its Arena Is Around 11,900 People, And Around 7,490 People With Permanently Installed Seats. In Total, The Msh Has A Usable Area Of ​​Approx. 30,440 M². The Velodrome Offers Space For A Maximum Of 12,000 Spectators; There Are Around 5,668 Permanently Installed Places. The Usable Area Is Approx. 44,120 M². The In-Demand Event Management Includes In Particular Acquisition, Planning, Marketing, Support And Execution Of Events, Including The Respective Catering Facilities. In Addition To The Usual Cleaning, Care, Disposal And Operational Services, The In-Demand Facility Management Also Includes All Building And System-Related Maintenance And Repair Measures With The Aim Of Long-Term And Sustainable Preservation Of The Value Of Both Halls. For The Provision Of Maintenance And Repair Measures, The Concessionaire Receives Annual Funds For Specific Use (So-Called Maintenance Budget). Further Building And Facility-Related Measures That Are Not Included In The Maintenance Budget Can Be Suggested By The Concession Provider Or The Concessionaire In Individual Cases. The Decision On Implementation Lies With The Concession Provider, Who Also Bears The Costs Of The Measures To Be Approved By Him. The Required Provision For Sports Purposes Includes The Provision Of The Halls For School, Club And Association Sports, For The Implementation Of Sports-Sponsored Events And For Home Cup And League Games In Team Sports. A Reimbursement Of Expenses To Be Specified By The Concessionaire And To Be Evaluated In Competition Will Be Paid For The Provision, Which The Concessionaire Determines With Its Offer In Competition With Other Interested Parties And Which Is Evaluated. The Concessionaire Ensures Overall Operational Management For Both Halls From A Single Source. The Concessionaire Must Pay The Concessionaire A Minimum Rent Set By The Concessionaire As Well As A Self-Determined/Assessable Share In The Profits. The Concessionaire Pays The Concessionaire A Subsidy To Partially Cover The Operational Risk, The Amount Of Which The Concessionaire Estimates And Evaluates With Its Offer In Competition With Other Interested Parties.
