The City Of Äänekoski (Also The Client Or Procurement Unit) Requests An Offer For The Rental Of Bowling Alley Facilities And The Comprehensive Production Of Bowling Alley Services As A Right Of Use Agreement In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And The Procurement Documents Attached To It. The Rental Of Bowling Alley Facilities Includes Bowling Facilities As Well As Cafe And Restaurant Facilities (On The 1St Floor Of The Multipurpose Hall). The Comprehensive Production Of Bowling Alley Services Applies To Both Facilities. The Services Produced In The Bowling Alley Facilities Are Described In Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Procurement. The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Service Provider With The Most Points, Based On The Total Points Formed From The Price And Quality Points, As The Supplier, With Which It Enters Into A Contract. Alternative Offers, Partial Offers Or Parallel Offers Are Not Allowed. In The Customers Opinion, The Leasing Of The Bowling Alley Premises And The Comprehensive Production Of Services Require The Conclusion Of The User License Agreement As The Above-Mentioned Entity. For This Reason, It Has Not Been Deemed Necessary To Divide The Acquisition Into Parts. Attention! The Customer Requires That The Bidder Must Familiarize Himself With The Bowling Alley Facilities Before The End Of The Deadline For Asking Questions. The Deadline For Asking Questions And Thus Getting To Know The Bowling Alley Facilities Ends On May 20, 2024 At 4:15 P.M. The Familiarization Visit Must Be Agreed With The Customer Separately. Questions Cannot Be Asked During The Familiarization Visit, But Questions About The Purchase Must Be Asked In Accordance With The Instructions For Additional Information Questions Within The Deadline Given For Asking Questions Via The Tender Service. The Right Of Use Agreement Comes Into Force When The Procurement Decision Has Become Legally Binding, The Parties Have Signed The Agreement And The Bowling Alley Facilities Have Been Handed Over To The Service Provider. The Agreement Is Valid For Three (3) Years From The Date Of Signing The License Agreement And Handing Over Control Of The Bowling Alley Facilities In Question. The Subscriber Has The Right To Extend The Contract Period With A Maximum Of Two (2) Three (3) Year Options (3 + 3). The Decision To Use The First Option Is Made No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Period, And The Decision To Use The Second Option Is Made No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The First Option. The Decision To Use The Option Is Solely At The Discretion Of The Subscriber. If The Date Of The Acquisition Decision Becoming Legally Binding Or The Signing Of The License Agreement Is Moved, The Validity Period Of The License Agreement Is Also Moved Accordingly.
