The University Hospital Aachen Aör The University Hospital Aachen Aör (Hereinafter Also The University Hospital Aachen) Intends To Provide Consulting Services For A Holistic Transformation Of Processes In The Context Of An Erp System Conversion. The Subject Of The Consulting Services Should, Among Other Things, Be Ensuring Project Readiness In The Business Areas Of The Uka Organizational Units That Provide Care And Support Services, The Development Of The Future Image (Purpose And Vision), The Derivation Of A Change & Engagement Strategy And The Actual Implementation Planning. An As-Is Assessment Has Been Carried Out Together With Internal Stakeholders Of The Process And System Landscape. With A View To The Necessary Governance, Proven Methods And Tools For Controlling Program Activities Must Be Established, E.G. Risk Management, Program Controlling, Quality Management, Resource Planning, Project Application, Roadmap, Etc. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Award Of A Service Contract For Consulting And Project Management Taking Into Account The Relevant Legal Principles And The Associated It Networking And Transformation Projects. The Need For Support Is Estimated To Be Around 500 Person-Days Over The Term Of The Contract, With The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Being Based On A Call-Off Quota Of A Maximum Of 1000 Person-Days Over The 48-Month Term.
