Project Management Services Other Than For Construction Work – Center For Research On Sexual Violence Against Children And Adolescents. We Are Looking For One Or More Institutions/Companies (Bidding Consortiums) That Are Able To Set Up A New Center For Research On Sexual Violence Against Children And Young People In Continuous Participation Processes With Different Groups And Prioritize A Dark Field Survey As The Main Study And Other Modules And... To Design, Carry Out And Evaluate In-Depth Studies. The First Wave Of The Dark Field Survey Will Lay The Foundation For A Long-Term, Regular Dark Field Survey And Is Of Great Importance Due To The Resulting Path Dependency. Accordingly, Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Development Of The Methodology. The Analyzed Data Will Be Used, Among Other Things, For Recurring Ubskm Reporting To The German Bundestag. The Ubskm Would Like To Have The Research Center Create And Analyze Scientifically High-Quality, Internationally Comparable Data On Sexual Violence Against Children And Young People, Which Can Be Used As A Basis For Further Research. Ubskm Aims To Build Up Long-Standing Expertise In The Area Of Research On Sexual Violence Against Children And Young People In The Center And To Make This Expertise Accessible To External Researchers In The Long Term Through Secondary Use Of The Data. The Order Is Scheduled To Begin On September 1, 2024. The Contract Is To Be Concluded Until August 31, 2027 With An Option To Extend It Until August 31, 2028. Subject Of The Order/Service Descriptions The Corresponding Suitability Of The Bidders Must Be Presented In The Offer. In Addition, The Timeline For The Implementation Of The Individual Services Must Be Presented And A Cost Plan. The Expected Services Are Described In Modular Form Below. When The Contract Is Concluded, Work Packages 1-5 Are Commissioned; Work Packages 6-11 Should Be Pre-Arranged As An Option In The Contractual Sense.
