The Agreement Consists Of The Phased Delivery, Installation And Adjustment Of New, Supplier-Independent Security Systems For 4 Municipal Buildings. In Addition To Making A Quotation, The Contractor Must Draw Up An Action Plan And A Security Plan For The Work As Described In (Appendix 10) Functional Specifications For Security Installations For 4 Buildings In The Municipality Of Roermond. The Starting Date Of The Assignment Is Scheduled For Q2 2024 And The Delivery Date For The City Hall And City Office Locations Is No Later Than The End Of December 2024. This Concerns A One-Off Assignment And A Separate Assignment For Service And Maintenance For 5 Years With An Extension Option For Two Times 5 Years. The Maintenance Agreement Starts After Each Approved Delivery. A Ceiling Amount Of Eur 600,000 Has Been Used.
