The District Council of Grand Port is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local through the Government eProcurement System for the Constructionof RC Incinerator Building including Supply, installation,testing andcommissioning of one unit LPG - fired human incinerator including gas network installation at Midlands. Reference Number on the system: IFB/2024/301 Pre bId Meeting will be held on Thursday 09 May 2024 at 10.30 hours. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 27 May 2024 up to 13.00 (Local Time). Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 27 May 2024 from 16.01 hours till Tuesday 28 May 2024 up to 10.30 hours. The District Council of Grand Port reserves the right to split the contract as per the lowest evaluated cost per lot, accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
