Expression of Interest are invited for Virtual and in-Person Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpretation and Translation Services III. Scope: Working jointly with the OECD, the interpreters will undertake the following: Interpreters will provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation from and into English and Ukrainian/Mongolian/Azeri/Uzbek/Russian/Portuguese (depending on the Lots selected) for virtual events and face to face events organised by the CTPA. For companies, the Interpretation work shall only be performed by personnel employed by the Contractor who are qualified to carry out the interpretation work. Feedback on the performance of interpreters is to be provided by the CTPA members participating in the meetings. As part of the interpretation service, the interpreters will be asked to provide also the translation of documents such studies, surveys, meeting documents, conference papers, policy briefs, publications, website pages, speeches, brochures, talking points, etc. A purchase order specifying any particular instructions to be followed will be issued for each translation request. Simultaneous and/or consecutive interpretation may be required for 2 hours, half a day (4h) or a full day (8h). For virtual events, the interpreters would interpret the meeting simultaneously through video-conference, mainly using the Zoom platform.
