Procedures: Make payment online via Remita account Number 0161016001, in favor of The National Lottery Fund and photocopy of the payment receipt must be attached to the tender documents during submission. 5. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS (GOODS AND WORKS) Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, a hard copy each of the technical and financial bids packaged separately in sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelope together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY/CEO, NATIONAL LOTTERY TRUST FUND, NO. 9 OYI RIVER CRESCENT, OFF IBB BOULEVARD, MAITAMA ABUJA The documents shall be clearly marked with the name of project and lot number.
