Place, date and deadline for submitting proposals: Location: DSOP headquarters, located on Av. do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues, Nam Kwong Building, 9th floor. Deadline date and time: June 11, 2024 (Tuesday), until 5:00 pm. If the DSOP closes at the deadline for submitting proposals due to force majeure, the deadline for submitting proposals is postponed to the first business day following at the same time. 15. Language to be used when writing the proposal: the proposal and accompanying documents must be written in any of the official languages of the Macao SAR, Chinese or Portuguese. The use of a non-official MSAR language is permitted in the cases expressly indicated in the program of this competition. 16. Validity period of proposals: 90 (ninety) days, counting from the closing date of the public tender, extendable in accordance with article 93 of Decree-Law no. 74/99/M, of November 8th. 17. Provisional deposit: $12,000,000.00 (twelve million patacas), to be provided by means of a cash deposit, bank guarantee or security deposit approved in accordance with the law. 18. Definitive deposit: 5% of the total award price (from the amounts that the contractor has to receive, in each of the partial payments, 5% is deducted to guarantee the contract, in addition to the definitive deposit provided).
