Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For A Site With The Subject: Introducing Energy Saving Measures In The Building Of The Municipal Administration Town Of Sozopol, Pl. The Project Was Developed With The Aim Of Introducing Energy-Saving Measures In The Municipal Administration Building Of The City Of Sozopol, Located In The Pi With Identifier 67800.505.134.1 On The Cadastral Map, Upi I, Quarter 152 According To The Plan Of The City Of Sozopol. The Technical Project Was Prepared On The Basis Of A Report On The Energy Efficiency Of The Building And Covers The Measures Prescribed In The Report. Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works /Smr/, Is Carried Out According To A Prepared And Approved Investment Project, For Which Construction Permit No. 113/ 22.10.2021 Has Been Issued. Of The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Sozopol Description And Scope Of The Public Procurement: The Activities Planned For Implementation According To Approved Investment Projects, The Attached Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications Should Guarantee The Realization Of The Energy-Saving Measures Of The Building And Its Provision In A Technical Condition That Meets The Current Regulatory Requirements. A Package Of Energy-Saving Measures Has Been Planned For The Building, Including Thermal Insulation Of Walls And Roofs, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, A New Air Conditioning System And Photovoltaic Plant, Thermal Insulation Of Floors And Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Led Lighting. After The Implementation Of All Esm, The Building Will Reach The Highest Energy Class A.
