Through IIG, we have brought our public hospital buildings together into one portfolio. As the single owner we can ensure that the health estate supports the delivery of services, and we invest to improve the health of all New Zealanders. IIG is holding market briefing sessions to provide an update to the design and construction sector on its aspirations for health infrastructure delivery. With future significant redevelopment projects planned, Health New Zealand, IIG felt this was an appropriate time to engage with the sector. The briefings will set the direction that Health New Zealand is heading to set itself up to partner with the sector to deliver health infrastructure more efficiently, affordably and consistently. These sessions are directed at local and international design and construction partners and are intended to set the scene for upcoming design and construction procurements.
