Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Cultural And Sports Pavilion In Wólka Tarłowska

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Cultural And Sports Pavilion In Wólka Tarłowska. The Task Includes The Construction Of A Single-Story Building Using Modular Technology. It Will Serve As A Meeting Place For Residents And Athletes Who Train At The Local Club. There Are Two Segments With Separate Entrances: A Sports Segment And An Integration Segment. The Cultural Part Includes, Among Others: A Room Where Integration And Cultural Meetings, Meetings Of Tarłów Commune Residents Will Be Held, A Social Room (Including Kitchen Furniture, Kitchenware And Household Appliances), A Warehouse And A Public Toilet Adapted For Disabled People. The Task Also Concerns Equipping The Room With Conference Tables And Chairs As Well As A Projector And A Screen. The Pavilion Will Also Include A Sports Segment With, Among Others, Locker Rooms For Two Sports Teams Adjacent To Individual Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms, A Public Toilet (Including For Disabled People), A Trainers Room And A Room For A Referee. The Task Will Also Include Land Development, Including: Hardening - A Band Of Concrete Cubes Around The Building, Separation And Painting Of Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Including A Parking Space For Disabled People And Installation Of Bicycle Racks. The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Will Be Created: Heating, Electrical Installation, Water And Sewage Installation, Energy Connections And External Installations, Including The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels, Which Will Reduce Current Maintenance And Operating Costs. Complete Design Documentation Will Be Developed Along With All Permits And Obtaining Appropriate Permits, Arrangements With Appraisers, Construction And Commissioning Of The Building. The Facility Will Perform A Service Function. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Preparation Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Permits, Notifications, Etc. Required By Law, And The Performance Of All Construction Works Based On Previously Developed Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party. Thermal And Moisture Insulation• Installation Of Prefabricated Container Modules/Steel Structure Encased In Sandwich Panels With The Required Exhaust Ventilation• Interior Finishing: Construction Of Partition Walls From Plasterboards, Facing Walls From Plasterboards, Construction Of Armstrong Type Suspended Ceiling, Installation Of Internal Construction Joinery. Installation Of Internal Water And Sewage Systems, Central Heating. (Electric Heating), Electricity.
