The Contractor Is Responsible For Properly Securing The Work Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completing The Works.4. The Permit Of The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments No. 266/2020/A To Carry Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Is An Attachment To Swz.5. The Permit To Carry Out Construction Works Issued By The Starosta Of Leszno Is An Annex To Swz.6. The Building In Which Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Will Not Be Taken Out Of Service For The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.7. The Works Carried Out By The Contractor May Not Impede The Use Of The Ordering Partys Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, And In Particular They May Not Disturb The Flow Of Work And Traffic In A Way Other Than As A Necessary Consequence Of Disruptions Resulting From The Scope And Technology Of The Work Being Carried Out.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Construction Design And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 9.
