The Scope Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction And Demolition Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Detailed Design And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, I.E.: Part I - Construction Works: 1. Replacement Of Part Of The Existing Damaged Wooden Window Joinery And Secondary Entrance Doors With New Ones Referring To Those Already Mentioned During Renovations, While Maintaining The Structural Divisions, Widths And Thicknesses Of The Elements, And Their Artistic Development As Close As Possible To The Preserved Historical Ones - Also Those In The Neighboring Hospital Building .2. Supplementing The Remaining Window And Door Joinery With Missing Elements (Sprays, Beams, Carpentry Decorations) In Order To Adapt It To The Historical Character Of The Building.3. Excavation Of Brick Masonry Foundation Walls, Cleaning, Execution Of Necessary Insulation, Impregnation And Gravel Strip.4. Reconstruction Of The Existing Window On The Western Façade Into Terrace Doors - Glazed Along The Entire Height, Without Changing The Dimensions Of The Window Opening And Maintaining The Historical Division Of The Woodwork Into Sections, While Maintaining The Structural Divisions, Widths And Thicknesses Of The Elements, And Their Artistic Development As Closely As Possible. To The Preserved Historical Division Of The Existing Joinery. 5. Reconstruction Of Some Of The Existing Rooms, Including The Demolition Of Parts Of Partition Walls, Additions To Floors And Internal Walls After The Interventions.6. Completion Of New Partition Walls On A Lightweight Structure Made Of Plasterboards And Profiles With A Thickness Of Min. 75Mm, Boarded On Both Sides And Filled With Mineral Wool With Appropriate Acoustic Parameters.7. Replacement Of Parts Of Internal Doors With New Panel Doors With Appropriate Acoustic Parameters And Increased Resistance To Moisture For Wet Rooms.8. Leveling And Renovation Of All Floors In The Facility To One Level.9. Construction Of Suspended Ceilings Made Of Plasterboards On A Lightweight Structure With Appropriate Fire And Acoustic Parameters.10. Installation Of A Thermal Insulation Layer On The Inside Of All External Walls Using An Insulating Material Made Of A Light Type Of Aerated Concrete With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of ƛmin = 0.045 W/Mk, High Vapor Permeability, With The Ability To Absorb Water Vapor And A Diffusion Resistance Coefficient Of Μ = 3.
