The Subject Of This Part Of The Procedure Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Two-Day Educational Trip To Bałtów For 30 Children, Participants Of The Learning Through Experience And Experimentation Project. The Above-Mentioned Service Includes: 1) Providing Means Of Transport For 33 People (30 Students + 3 Guardians); The Tenderer Must Guarantee A Driver With A Driving License Of The Appropriate Category And Technical Capabilities To Transport The Above-Mentioned Persons, Ensure Safe And Hygienic (Air-Conditioning, Heating) Travel Conditions In A Technically Efficient Vehicle Approved For Road Traffic, 2) Cover The Fees For All Admission Tickets Included In The Program To Visited Facilities For 30 Students + 3 Guardians,3) Insurance For Tour Participants (Personal Accident Insurance) For The Duration Of The Trip And Duration Of The Trip.4) The Minimum Insurance Amount For 1 Insured Person Should Be Pln 10,000.00. (As Part Of Each Trip). At Least 1 Day Before The Start Of The Trip, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Paid Insurance Policy.5) Transport Of An Organized Group From Chełmce, Strawczyn Commune, Province. Świętokrzyskie (Parking Lot At The School) To The Place Indicated In The Order And Their Pickup,6) Covering All Required Parking Fees,7) Ensuring The Care Of A Licensed Pilot Along The Entire Tour Route And The Care Of Local Guides While Visiting Facilities And Places, In Accordance With The Tour Program,8 ) In The Event Of A Technical Failure Of The Vehicle During The Execution Of The Order, As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle With At Least The Same Technical Parameters In Time To Enable The Implementation Of The Trip Program,9) All Reservations And Fees Related To The Organization Of The Trip Are Made By The Contractor,10) Accommodation And Meals For Tour Participants.
