Each Tagged Product Must Be Read In The Bag, Regardless Of Whether The Products Are Placed On Top In The Bag Or Whether They Are Covered By Other Products On The Bottom. The System Must Operate In The Presence Of Metal And Liquid. It Must Operate With A Frequency Of Min. 800 Mhz, Read Tags At A Distance Of Min. 10 Meters And Read A Larger Amount Of Products At The Same Time.1. Laundry Assortment: 1) Tagged: Flat Hospital Underwear: Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Sheets, Pads; Surgical Clothing, Reusable Barrier Clothing, Screen Curtains, Pajamas, Blankets, Quilts, Pillows, Sponges, Mops, Tablecloths,2) Untagged: Rehabilitation Equipment - Stabilizers, Orthoses And Granules, Fleece Sweatshirts, T-Shirts, Albs, Towels, Slings, Cloths , Blinds, Tailored Clothing, Technicians Clothing, Aprons, 3) Mattresses.2. The Amount Of Dry Laundry During The Order Execution Period Is - 73,200 Kg. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect, Provided That At Least 70% Of The Order Value Will Be Realized. The Ordering Party Has The Right Not To Complete The Remaining 30% Of The Order Value Without Giving A Reason, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect. With The Consent Of The Contractor, The Ordering Party May Not Realize More Than 30% Of The Order Value, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect. Estimated Monthly Quantity Of Dry Laundry Amounts To Approx. 6,100 Kg, Including Approx. 30 Mattresses.3. In Order To Ensure That The Service Offered Will Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor: 1) To Perform The Service In A Laundry That Has A Quality Management System For The Provision Of Washing And Disinfection Services Implemented And Certified By An Accredited Body, Taking Into Account Monitoring Requirements; 2 ) Had Implemented A Certified Risk Analysis And Biological Contamination Control System Rabc Pn-En 14065:2016 Or Equivalent. The Term Equivalent Is Understood By The Ordering Party As A System That Determines The Risk Of Microbiological Contamination In Laundries, Measurement Systems, Determines Critical Control Points, Target/Minimum/Contamination Values, Monitoring Method And Preparation And Maintenance Of Appropriate Documentation In The Field Of Quality Management, With Particular Emphasis On Maintaining Hygiene;3) Performed The Service In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Other Regulations, In Particular: A) The Act Of December 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Human Infections And Infectious Diseases; B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 22, 2005 On Harmful Biological Agents For Health In The Work Environment And Health Protection Of Employees Professionally Exposed To These Factors;C) Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of April 27, 2000 On Occupational Health And Safety In Laundries And Dyeworks;D) Act Of October 9, 2015 On Products Biocides; E) Guidelines Of The Minister Of Health Of November 9, 2022 Regarding The Requirements For The Proper Operation Of Laundry Facilities For Entities Providing Laundry Services To Entities Providing Medical Services (Hospitals); 4) Performed The Service In A Laundry Facility With A Hygienic Barrier As A Condition For Completely Eliminating Contact Dirty And Clean Laundry And Contact Between Employees Who Serve The Dirty And Clean Areas.4. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Scope Of: 1) Implementation Of A Radio System For Identifying The Assortment And Tagging Of The Laundry Assortment Owned By The Ordering Party In The Amount Of 7,050 Items As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings; 2) Ongoing Tagging Of The Assortment Purchased By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract (Not Less Than 500 Pcs., No More Than 2,000 Pcs.) And Replenishing Missing Tags;3) Collecting, Loading Dirty Laundry And Sorting, Folding, Packing, Delivering And Unloading Clean Laundry (Transported By The Contractor);4) Washing, Disinfecting, Drying, Ironing, Ironing , Minor Tailoring Repairs Of Damaged Linen Owned By The Ordering Party;5) Marking The Newly Purchased Hospital Linen With The Following Data: Name Of The Hospital, Name Of The Product, Weight Of The Product;6) Decatization. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Described In Chapter 5, Point 5.2 Of The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation, The Contractor Must Have A Valid Liability Insurance Policy For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00 For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order. If The Civil Liability Insurance Contract Expires During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conclude A New Insurance Contract Within Such Time As To Ensure Continuity Of Performance Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract.
