The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Comprehensive Cleaning Services, Including Porter And Cloakroom Services, As Well As Ongoing Economic And Technical Maintenance Of The Property At Ul. Sereno Fenna 15 In Krakow - The Building Of The Florianka Concert Hall And Its Surroundings. The Contractors Duties Also Include Ongoing Maintenance Of Devices And Equipment In The Building (Including The Purchase And Replacement Of Light Bulbs, Fuses, Etc.) And Comprehensive Technical And Tidy-Up Service For Concerts And Other Events Organized In Floriance. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With A List Of Areas And Volumes, An Indication Of Technical And Functional Requirements, The Method Of Providing Services And Other Factors Affecting The Price, Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Conditions And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Draft Contract/Ppu). The Ordering Party Envisages Organizing A Site Visit Of The Facility And Its Surroundings At Ul. For Interested Contractors. Sereno Fenna 15 In Kraków, Where The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided. Participation In The On-Site Visit Is Not Obligatory - The Ordering Party Does Not Make Submitting An Offer In The Procedure Conditional On Participation In The On-Site Visit. Persons Delegated By Interested Companies Are Asked To Apply On One Of Two Selected Dates, I.E. On May 6, 2024 At 1:00 P.M. Or On May 8, 2024 At 8:00 In Front Of The Main Entrance Of The Building At Ul. Sereno Fenna 15 In Krakow. All People Who Come To The Meeting Will Be Obliged To Confirm Their Presence On The List Of Participants In Writing, Providing The Name And Surname Of The Participant And The Full Name And Address Of The Represented Contractor. During The On-Site Visit, The Ordering Partys Representative Will Show The Facility. The Ordering Party Informs That During The On-Site Visit It Will Not Be Possible To Ask Questions Or Provide Explanations Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Any Requests For Clarification Of The Content Of The Swz Should Be Submitted In The Manner Provided For In The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, Via Electronic Means Of Communication, In Accordance With Chapter Ix Swz.
