Tenders Are Invited For Trade Fair Partner To Implement Fimlab Laboratoriot Oys Trade Fair Stands

Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy (Hereinafter Fimlab Or The Customer) Participates In Various Types Of Fairs, For Which We Are Now Looking For A Fair Partner. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Service Contract, Which Is Valid Indefinitely After The Two-Year Deadline. The Intended Start Date Of The Agreement Is August 1, 2024. Participating In Trade Fairs Is Important For Fimlab, Because With Them We Share Information About Our Publicly Owned Company And Increase Our Recognition As An Expert Organization, As A Producer Of Laboratory Services, And As An Employer. The Number Of Trade Fair Events Is Estimated To Be 3 – 4 Per Year, And They Take Place In Finland. The Trade Fair Partner Is Responsible For The Planning And Floor Plan Of The Stand, Technical Drawings, 3D Images And That They Also Meet The Requirements Of The Trade Fair Organizers And Authorities For Each Trade Fair. The Trade Fair Partner Is Responsible For The Structures And Construction Of The Stand On A Turnkey Basis, As Described In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices.
