This Bid Will Include The Removal Of Fourteen (14) Existing Water Source Heat Pump Units And Two (2) Pumps From The Art Center Located At 200- E Central Square Complex. Douglas Ga., And The Installation Of Fourteen (14) New Water Source Heat Pump Units To Be Supplied By The Low Bidder Meeting Specifications Of This Bid. This Will Be A Turnkey Job All Materials, Labor Etc. Will Be Supplied By The Awarded Low Bidder. All Bidders Must Visit The Job Site Prior To Bidding On This Project.
