Passenger Cars With Normal Cross-Country Ability With A Technically Permissible Maximum Mass Of Up To 3.5 Tons Inclusive (Class D), For The Needs Of The Military Formations Of The Bulgarian Army. Cars Must Be New, Unused And Manufactured Up To 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery; Meet The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Act And Ordinance No. 60 Of 24.04.2009 For Type Approval Of New Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes: 1. Full Warranty Maintenance Of The Cars During The Warranty Period, Which Includes The Removal Of All Damage And/Or Inconsistencies Of The Cars By Own Means And/Or Means, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components With New Ones, According To The Manufacturers Warranty Conditions. 2. Full Warranty (Service) Servicing Of Cars Within The Warranty Period, According To The Manufacturers Warranty Conditions. Full Warranty (Service) Service (Other Than The Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Period) Includes Oil, Filter, Brake And Coolant Changes, As Well As All Other Necessary Warranty Service Activities, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements, Specifications And Instructions. A Contract Will Be Concluded With The Selected Contractor, A Participant In The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Article 114 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa).
