Bow Operations Mechanical System Services . Alberta Agriculture & Irrigation (Agi) Water Infrastructure And Operations Branch, Calgary Bow Operations Is Responsible For The Operation And Maintenance Of Provincially Owned Water Management Infrastructure Including Medium To Large Dams, River Diversions, Canals And Various Large Hydraulic Regulating Structures. These Systems Provide Water Security For Irrigation Districts, Municipalities, Commercial, Industrial And Private Users. This Infrastructure Includes Flow Control Components With Hydraulic Gates And Gate Actuators, Mechanical Gearboxes, And Associated Electric Control Systems. These Components Require Regular Inspection, Maintenance And Occasional Repair Or Replacement Performed By Qualified Professionals. Agi Requires The Services Of A Qualified Contractor To Provide Assistance With Inspection, Assessment, Planning, Repair, Or Replacement Services For Water Infrastructure Systems Located In The Bow And Red Deer Basins In Southern Alberta. The Qualified Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Complete Repair And Replacement Services On A Variety Of Infrastructure Components Related To Gates, Hoists, Actuators, Power Supply, Measurement And Recording Devices For Water Management Infrastructure.
