In This Tender, Region Zealand Wishes To Enter Into A Contract For The Acquisition Of A Monitoring Solution Including Hardware Components For The Regions Hospitals For Digital Support Of Monitoring Measurement Parameters From Sensors (Primarily Wireless). The Clients Expected Gains Are, Among Other Things, Achieving A Consolidation Of Existing Monitoring Systems Into 1 Monitoring System And Achieving Consolidated Internal Work Processes In The Technical Support Of A Validated Monitoring Solution, Including Hardware. 1. Background To The Tender The Customers Use Of The Monitoring Solution (Hereinafter Referred To As The Solution) Is Intended To Monitor Refrigerators (Including For Example For Medicine, Blood Components, Biological Material Etc.), Freezers, Incubators, Anaerobic Cabinets, Climate Cabinets, Pressure Vessels, Nitrogen Tanks, Rooms In General (E.G. Depots For Monitoring E.G. Temperature And Humidity), Clean Rooms And Transport Boxes (E.G. With Medicine Or Biological Material). The Solution Must Be Able To Be Used For Monitoring, Alarming, Sending Alarm Notifications And Documentation Of The Measurement Parameters Specified Below. The Solution Must Be Delivered By The Supplier As A Service-Based Solution With A Standard Configurable Software Application To Document, Monitor And Alarm When Measurement Parameters Are Exceeded On Sensors That Register One Or More Of The Following Measurement Parameters: Temperature, Pressure (Including Differential Pressure), Humidity, Carbon Dioxide , Oxygen, Particle Density, Current On Sensors And Data Loggers, Analog Signals (For Monitoring E.G. Level Measurement Of Liquid In A Tank) And Digital Signals (For E.G. Motion Detection, E.G. Open/Closed Door Or Moving Agitator And Detection Of Overfilling Of Nitrogen Tank). In Relation To Monitoring Oxygen And Carbon Dioxide, The Solution Must Also Be Able To Activate A Lamp And/Or Siren In Clean Rooms And Rooms With Nitrogen Tanks, Where, For Example, Pressure And Oxygen Are Monitored. The Ordering Party Must Be Able To Access The Solution Via Smartphones And Tablets (Via Mobile App And/Or Browser).
