Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of An Integrated Solution For Refinery Mass Balance, Data Reconciliation, Production Accounting And Oil Movement System (Mbpa+Oms). Tender Type: To Be Opened Tender Description: Through This Request For Proposal, Bapco Wishes To Evaluate Prospective Mbpa+Oms Solution Providers And Select The Most Qualified Bidder To Establish A Purchase Agreement For The Supply Of Software License, Delivering Implementation Services And Provide Post-Implementation Software Maintenance And Application Maintenance Support For A Period Of Five (5) Years. After Start-Up Of The New Units As Part Of The Bapco Modernization Program (Bmp) , The Current Mbpa Model Will Be Limited In Its Application And A New Model Including The Bmp Configuration Must Be Built To Accurately Perform The Refinery Mass Balance, Data Reconciliation And Production Accounting. The Current In-House Developed Oil Movement System Also Requires Replacement With Enhanced Functionalities To Meet The Post Bmp Configuration.
