The Contract Works required are: Works consist of removal of walls and installation of slider stackers, new sink unit and vinyl to create a wet area breakout space. New French doors opening onto a new deck with two ramps to create indoor/outdoor learning space. New kitchenette area created for economics lessons with new carpet, auxtex wall linings and acoustic tiles to existing ceilings in classrooms will modernise and create a warm, inviting and acoustic learning spaces. Refurbishment of existing toilet block with new floor, wall, ceiling linings, toilet fixtures and stalls. Install Acoustics to Blocks D & E. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding & consent approvals are confirmed.
