Registration of Interest (ROI) for Request for Expression of Interest - Acg External Print Services Supplier Panel Open Date: Wednesday, 1 May 2024 4:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00) Close Date: Friday, 17 May 2024 3:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+12:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Auckland Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: The Auckland Council Group (ACG) is seeking for experienced, diverse, and suitable suppliers to be part of the external print services panel. The purpose of this tender is to identify suppliers who are able to provide cost-effective, fit-for-purpose printed materials that convey ACGs branded messages to the public. The external print services compose the following categories: Wide format and signages (this may include installation) up to six (6) suppliers Sheet Offset up to four (4) suppliers Merchandise up to three (3) suppliers Labels up to three (3) suppliers We encourage Maori-owned and diverse suppliers that can fulfil ACGs requirements to participate in this tender. This will be a two-stage tender process. Shortlisted suppliers in this REOI will be invited to participate in Stage Two - RFP. Please refer to the attached REOI documents for the detailed information. The contract is anticipated to commence on 01 October 2024.
