These Mainly Concern Electric Passenger Lifts And Some Electric Mixed Passenger/Freight Lifts. A Detailed List Of The Lifts Can Be Found In Appendix B. During Maintenance, The Contractor Must Also Be Responsible For Minor Repairs. Resolving Violations And Comments Stated In An Edtc Inspection Report Are Also Part Of The Assignment. The List Is By No Means Exhaustive. Buildings With Elevator Installations May Be Added Or Removed During The Term Of The Assignment. Under No Circumstances Can The Tenderer Claim Compensation If The Contracting Authority Deems These Shifts Necessary.
