1,200 M². The Contractor Undertakes To Commence And Complete The Works Within The Contractually Agreed Period. The Residential And Care Project Must Be Delivered Ready For Use And Operation. The Project Must Therefore Be Delivered Turnkey And Cleaned For The Time Being So That It Is Immediately Available For Occupancy By Care Users. The Contractor Appoints A Spoc For All Parties During The Entire Project From The Start Of The Assignment To Final Delivery. He Regularly Provides The Client With A Formal Report Stating Any Remaining Points To Be Decided. All Communication Between Client And Contractor Is In Dutch.
