1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Locker Rooms Along With Sanitary Facilities, Showers And Saunas In The Wet Swimming Area Of The Wilanów Sports Center At Ul. Wiertnicza 26A In Warsaw. The Swimming Pool Facilities, Which Are Being Renovated, Are Located Directly Next To The Swimming Pool Hall. The Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities Are Located Through The Entrance Area To The Sports Center And The Swimming Pools. Access To The Saunas Directly From The Swimming Pool Hall Or Mens Locker Room. The Facilities Include: - Lifeguard Room With A Separate Bathroom. The Swimming Pool Halls Electrical Switchboard And The Jacuzzi Control Cabinet Are Located In The Locker Room. The Cloakroom Is Equipped With Clothes Lockers Made Of Hpl Boards, Which Are In Good Technical Condition. - Family Cloakroom With A Separate Toilet, Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People. There Are No Showers Between The Locker Room And The Swimming Pool Hall. The Cloakroom Is Equipped With A Changing Room And Clothes Lockers. The Number Of Storage Spaces Is Insufficient For The Users Needs. - Womens Cloakroom With Separate Showers And Toilet Cabins. The Locker Room Is Equipped With Two Changing Rooms And Lockers With Permanent Benches. L Type Lockers, Lockable. Cabinets Made Of Hpl Boards. The Cabinets Are In Good Technical Condition. The Benches Need To Be Replaced. There Are Showers With A Separate Toilet Between The Womens Locker Room And The Swimming Pool Hall. - Mens Locker Room, Which Is A Mirror Image Of The Womens Locker Room. - Equipment Warehouse Located Next To The Womens Locker Room. - Sauna Room With A Separate Dry Sauna, Steam Sauna, And Sauna Unit. Steam Room And A Utility Room.2) Description Of The Planned Renovation. It Is Planned To Comprehensively Modernize The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities, Saunas And Equip The Family Cloakroom With Showers And More Lockers. For This Purpose, Some Of The Rooms Will Be Rebuilt. Replacement Of Ceramic Wall And Floor Coverings, Suspended Ceilings And Door Joinery Is Planned In All Rooms. It Is Planned To Reuse Some Of The Existing Clothes Lockers And Install An Electronic Lock System In The Existing And Planned Lockers. The Family Locker Room, The Lifeguards Bathroom And The Showers In The Womens Locker Room Are Being Rebuilt. Showers For The Family Locker Room Were Designed In Place Of The Lifeguards Bathroom, And The Existing Toilet In The Family Locker Room Was Adapted To The Needs Of Staff. In Order To Improve The Functionality Of The Rescuers Locker Room, The Entrance Door To The Room Was Moved. It Is Planned To Demolish The Partition Walls In The Womens And Mens Locker Rooms In Order To Obtain An Open Space. Two Toilets Are Planned To Be Separated In The Showers Of The Womens Locker Room: For The Family Locker Room And For The Womens Locker Room. The Location Of The Foot Rinsing Pool Is Changing. Three Door Openings In Saunas Are Planned To Be Widened In Order To Meet The Regulations Regarding The Required Clear Passage Width. The Mosaic Wall And Floor Covering Of The Steam Sauna Is Subject To Replacement. The Wooden Structure Of The Dry Sauna Will Be Replaced With A New One. Due To The Planned Change In The Layout Of The Rooms, Some Of The Installations Will Require Reconstruction. The Following Installation Is Subject To Reconstruction: Water. – Sewerage, Mechanical Ventilation, Underfloor Heating (In The Scope Of Existing Showers And Toilets In The Womens Cloakroom). It Is Planned To Replace All Existing Steel Pipes Of Hot And Natural Water Installations With New Polypropylene Ones. Fixtures And Electrical Equipment Will Be Replaced With New Ones. In Addition, It Is Planned To Move The Existing Electrical Switchboard And The Jacuzzi Control Cabinet, Which Interfere With The Planned Entrance To The Lifeguards Bathroom. The Fire Protection Installation Remains Unchanged. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies: - Executive Design For The Renovation Of The Cloakroom Rooms Along With Sanitary Facilities, Showers And Saunas In The Wet Zone Of The Wilanów Sports Center Swimming Pool, Constituting Annex No. 5A To The Swz, Which Will Be Annex No. 1 To The Contract; - Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Works, Constituting Annex No. 5B To The Swz, Which Will Be Annex No. 2 To The Contract; - Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 5C To The Swz; - Designed Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; Wherever The Employer Referred To Standards In The Detailed Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Equivalent Solutions May Be Used. If The Contractor Offers A Solution That Does Not Directly Correspond To The Reference Standards Described In The Detailed Design And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Then The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Such A Case, The Contractor Submits The Subject Documents Referred To In Point 10.2 Together With The Offer. Swz. Obligations Arising From The Social Clause 1) In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2) The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That Activities Related To The Execution Of The Construction Works Contract, Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement, Will Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 3) The Condition Referred To Referred To In Section 2 Will Be Met By Employing New Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Already Employed Persons Performing Construction Work Activities, Including In Particular Preparatory Works, Demolition Works, Sanitary Works, Electrical Works, Assembly Works, Finishing Works, To Carry Out The Order. 4) Detailed Requirements Regarding Employment Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
