Based On The Functional And Utility Program With Attachments For The Design And Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Investment Task In Accordance With The Remaining Requirements Described By The Ordering Party, The Contractors Task Will Be: 1) Analysis And Verification Of The Assumptions Adopted In The Functional And Utility Program, 2) Preparation Of The Construction Design In Accordance With With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, If Necessary, 3) Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Opinions At Your Own Expense And Expert Opinions And Obtaining On Their Basis Appropriate Decisions, Arrangements, Permits, Decisions And Possible Derogations From Applicable Regulations Based On Applicable Regulations And Standards - If Required, 4) Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Investor For This Task - If Required , 5) Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Technical Designs In All Industries (As Studies Detailing The Construction Design), In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design. Approval Of These Designs By The Ordering Party, 6) Performance Of Energy Performance, 7) Obtaining A Current Master Map For The Purposes Of Preparing The Land Development Plan - If Necessary, 8) Obtaining Technical Conditions From Utility Owners In The Event Of Increased Demand And, If Necessary, Carrying Out Reconstruction Or Reconstruction Projects Construction Of New Networks And Connections Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility Covered By The Project - If Necessary, 9) Preparation Of A Multi-Sector Offer Cost Estimate (Divided Into Work Elements) Constituting An Annex To The Offer, 10) Preparation Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 11) Carrying Out Comprehensive Construction Works And Obtaining The Required Effects (Utility, Technical, Technological, Quality, Visual, Aesthetic And Functional Parameters) Resulting From This Fup - Which Constitutes The Minimum Requirements For The Task, 12) Execution Of Land Development Elements Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, 13 ) Commissioning Of The Entire Facility After Construction And All Its Elements And Built-In Devices As Well As Facilities And Land Development Elements, Together With The Complete Equipment Of The Facility Required For Its Proper Use Without The Need For Additional Equipment On The Part Of The User And In Accordance With The Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations And This Fup, Equipment Fire Protection In Accordance With The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And Ffu, And Equipped With General And Job Instructions, In Particular In The Scope Of: General Instructions For The Facility User, 14) Materials Used During The Work Must Comply With The Requirements Of Polish Construction Regulations. All Devices And Specific Materials Cannot Be Worse Than The Specified Pfu And Must Have Appropriate Certificates Allowing Their Use In Poland.
