The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 2 Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation; 2) Stage Ii - Implementation Of Construction Works. Technical Documentation Should Be Prepared And Submitted To The Ordering Party. In The Version (Form): A) On Paper: - Complete Construction And Executive Design Of Football Pitch Lighting, Including All Required Elements - 3 Copies, - Concept Of Construction Of Football Pitch Lighting - 2 Copies, - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - 1 Copy For Each Each Industry, - Other Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including: Design Of Construction Site Communication Services, Design Of Organization Of Construction Works (Separate Or As A Component Of The Development Of A Bioz Plan) And Others; B) Electronic: - 2 Discs With Data Carriers (Cd/ Dvd) With Files In An Editable Version (With The Dwg Or Compatible Extension, As Well As .Ath, .Doc, Respectively) And Non-Editable Versions In A Publicly Available Format (Pdf Files). It Is Reserved That The Construction Design, Which Will Constitute An Attachment To The Application For A Building Permit (Possibly Notification Of Construction Works), Requires, Before Submitting The Documents To The Local Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, The Prior Written Acceptance Of The Employer, In Accordance With The Content Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Construction Documentation On The Basis Of Which The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Should Be Provide A Comprehensive Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including At Least: - Elements Of The Designed Power Network Supplying The Pitch Lighting; - Lighting Control; - Galvanized Steel Lighting Masts On A Reinforced Concrete Foundation, With Fixtures With Parameters Appropriate For Lighting A Pitch With Dimensions Of Approximately 103 M X 63 M And Economical Consumption Energy And Low Maintenance Costs; - Construction Of The Main And Functional (Working) Earthing And Lightning Protection Installations. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz). Important: Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Local Inspection Of The Area And Checking Compliance Of The Above-Mentioned Terms Of Reference (Swz) Attached To The Contract Specification. Functional And Utility Program With The Actual State And Field Conditions. The Removal Of Excavated Material From The Construction Site, Storage Of Materials, And Transport Are Entirely The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Excess Excavated Material Suitable For Incorporation Will Be Spread On Adjacent Dirt Roads Or Transported To A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Up To A Distance Of 5 Km.
