1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of Storage Rooms For The Creation Of A Day Care Home For Seniors In Włoszakowice At Ul. Pl. 21 October 4. The Task Includes Internal Reconstruction And Changing The Use Of Warehouse Rooms Into Service Rooms, Along With Insulating External Walls, Landscaping And The Necessary Infrastructure. After The Reconstruction, The Ground Floor Of The Building Will Change Its Function From A Warehouse To A Day Care Home For Seniors. The Facility Will Be Fully Adapted For People With Mobility Difficulties And Wheelchair Users. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Provide Professionally Inactive People Aged 60 And Over With The Opportunity To Benefit From Social Activity Offers (E.G. Services In The Field Of Physical Activity Or Kinesitherapy), Educational, Cultural, Recreational And Care Offers Tailored To Their Needs. As Part Of The Task, Infrastructure Will Be Created To Enable Seniors To Actively Spend Their Free Time. Caregivers Will Also Carry Out Activities Aimed At Activating And Engaging Seniors In Self-Help Activities And For The Local Environment. The Above Actions Will Reduce The Level Of Social Exclusion Of People Aged 60+ Living In The Włoszakowice Commune. All Rooms Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of Seniors And Disabled People. The Building Will Undergo Thermal Modernization And All Doors And Windows Will Be Replaced. The Premises Will Include A Public Meeting Room - Daytime With A Dining Room Function, A Kitchen Room With Catering Services With A Separate Washing Room, A Room For Physical Activity - Exercise Rooms And Cloakroom Facilities With Bathrooms And Toilets. Additionally, There Will Be A Library Room, A Reading Room, A Rest Area, An Individual Therapy Room And A Nursing And Treatment Room, As Well As A Utility Room With A Washing Machine And Ironing Room. There Will Also Be Rooms For Employees And Service Staff, Including Social, Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities.
