Completion Of The Task Entitled Kwp Zs. In Radom - Replacement Of Windows In Building No. 11-Go Listopada 37/5926-600 Radom Scope Of Work: Each Time, The Scope Of Work Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The User Of The Facility. The General Scope Of Construction Works Will Consist In Carrying Out Renovation Works In Building No. 3 Of The Military Police Headquarters Located In Radom At Ul. 11 Listopada 37/59. The Works Will Consist In Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Pvc Window Joinery Together With Adjustment (Cutting To Take Into Account The Width Of The New Window Frame) Of The Existing Window Sill Covers Made Of Furniture Board, Installation Of New Pvc Joinery With A Triple-Glazed Unit, Window Penetration Coefficient Uw ≤ 0.9 W/M2k On The South Side, Glazing Units With Reduced Solar Radiation Penetration Coefficient. The Work Will Be Performed In An Active Facility. The Works Cover The Construction Industry: - Disassembly Of Existing Pvc Windows And Their Disposal - Adjustment Of Window Sill Overlays To The Width Of New Window Frames - Installation Of New Pvc Joinery In Accordance With The Attached List Of Window Joinery, Window Joinery Glazed With A Triple-Glazed Package, Heat Transfer Coefficient For Joinery Uw≤ 0, 9 W/M2k, On The South Side, A Glazing Unit With A Reduced Solar Radiation Penetration Coefficient, - Windows On The South Side And The Operational Center Room And Chiefs Offices Together With Secretariat Rooms Equipped With A Solar Roller Blind Enabling Darkening Of The Rooms. - Window Treatment And Repainting Of Glyphs Window Sills. - Repair Of Any Damage To External Glyphs - Disassembly And Re-Assembly Along With Adapting The Window Sill Overlays To The Width Of The Window Frame - Possible Disassembly And Re-Assembly Of Furniture Structures And Internal Window Grates If They Interfere With The Work Being Carried Out. The Ordering Party Has Established A Lump-Sum Remuneration For The Contractor For The Completed And Fault-Free Work. Accepted Works. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected Is Obliged To Submit A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate To The Ordering Party For Information Purposes. Local Visition Requireddue To The Lack Of An Inventory Of The Diagnostic Facility, The Ordering Party Imposes An Obligation To Carry Out A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. If The On-Site Visit Is Not Carried Out On One Of The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party Or On Another Date Set Individually At The Request Of The Contractor, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. The On-Site Inspection Will Be Confirmed By A Site Inspection Report In Accordance With The Attached Protocol Template - Annex No. 13 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Will Make The Facilities Available To The Extent Necessary For Inspection And Measurements, After Prior Arrangement Of The Date. Dates Of The On-Site Visit: 1) May 7, 2024 From 8.00 To 12.00. 2) May 8, 2024 From 8.00 To 12.00. The Ordering Party Expects An Earlier Telephone Declaration From The Contractor Interested In Carrying Out An On-Site Visit On One Of The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party. In Order To Individually Set A Date For An On-Site Visit Or A Declaration Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit On One Of The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party, Please Contact The Supervision Inspector By Phone From Monday To Friday At From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. To The Following Numbers: 47 701 23 53. The Ordering Party Has Established A Lump Sum Remuneration For The Contractor For The Works Performed And Accepted Without Any Faults. With Regard To The Condition Specified In Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Act Regarding Accessibility For Persons With Disabilities, Referred To In Directive 2014/24/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 On Public Procurement (Oj Eu No. 94, P. 65), The Contracting Authority Informs That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Take Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users, As This Is Not Possible Due To The Scope Of Works: Reconstruction, Modernization And Equipment Of The Vehicle Inspection Station Of The National Police Headquarters Zs. In Radom. In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Contract Proposal. For The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party Min. 5 Years Of Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Fault-Free Acceptance Of The Final Subject Of The Contract, And Undertakes To Remove Defects Arising During The Warranty Period At Its Own Expense, Within A Period No Longer Than 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party. The Warranty Period Begins On The Day Following The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract And Covers Material And Workmanship Defects.
