The Main Construction Works Planned For The Investment: 1) Demolition Of Partition Walls Indicated In The Project; 2) Dismantling Of Existing Wall And Floor Coverings; 3) Removal Of All Thresholds And Floor Finishing Layers; 4) Demolition Of Internal Stairs;5) Dismantling Of Existing Internal Door Joinery And Installation Of New One In Accordance With The Design;6) Construction Of New Partition Walls Using Aerated Concrete Block Technology And Plastering On Both Sides With Cement-Lime Plaster;7) Construction Of Lintels For New Door Openings ; 8) Replacement Of The External Shop Window On The South Side And Widening Of The Entrance Door In The Shop Window; 9) Construction Of Plasterboard Structures; 10) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings: Made Of Plasterboards, Modular Ceiling Made Of Acoustic Boards Made Of Wood Wool, Sound Absorption Class A, According To The Drawings; 11) Replacement Of The Door Leading To The Staircase; 12) Preparation And Painting Of Internal Walls With Paints Highly Resistant To Scrubbing (Including Walls Behind Plywood Buildings And Permanent Equipment). 13) Repair Of Existing Plasters In Necessary Places And Preparation For Painting; 14) Preparation And Painting Of Ceilings In Accordance With The Design; 15) Execution Of Wall Cladding In Accordance With The Design; 16) Finishing Of Floors With Pvc Carpet And Stoneware Tiles, Together With The Application Of An Appropriate Primer And Leveling Layer Under The Finishes 17) Installation Of New Steel Stairs With Handrails; 18) Installation Of Wooden Cladding On Window Sills And Steel Radiator Casings In Room 01 - Open Space; 19) Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation; 20) Installation Of Central Heating Installation. Along With Replacing Radiators; 21) Construction Of Water And Sewage Installations; 22) Construction Of A New Electrical Installation And Measurement System In Accordance With The Connection Conditions, Including: Distribution Of Electricity In The Building; Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installation; Power Plant And Main Switchboard; Internal Power Lines; Surge Protection Installation; Structured Cabling And Wireless Network Installation; Cctv Installation; Inst. Sswin; Toilet Call System; Fire Alarm System;23) Cleaning And Restoring The Left Front Windows And Grates To Technical Working Order;24) Repair Works Outside The Building, Staircase And Adjacent Rooms After The Works; 25) Installation Of Toilet Equipment;26) Installation Of Permanent Equipment According To Drawings (Furniture Structures).3. The Following Should Be Planned: 1) Partial Removal Of Floors If There Is A Difference In Levels Between New Rooms, Along With The Installation Of A New Screed On A Given Part; 2) Cleaning And Possible Replenishment Of Plasters Above Suspended Ceilings; 3) Works Related To The Finishing Of Openings; 4) Dismantling Of Existing Installations In The Scope Of Visible In Rooms, As Well As Those That Conflict With Planned Works; 5) Carrying Out Repair Works After Installation Works; 6) Reconstruction Of Visible Water Installations. - Ch. And What. In The Premises So That They Are Invisible;7) Installation Of At Least 1 Internal Shelf In Cabinets That Are Part Of The Furniture Development No. Zm4;8) Installation Of At Least 4 Shelves In A 120 Cm Wide Wardrobe And A Rod For Hangers + 1 Shelf In A 60 Cm Wide Wardrobe That Are Part Of The Zm3 Development .4. The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Household Appliances: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, 2X Electric Cooker (Induction Hob + Oven), 2X Chimney Cooker Hood. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attached Technical Design And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works As Well As Equipment Specification Prepared By Vostok Design, Ul. Syrokomii 7/2, 30-102 Kraków, Constituting An Annex To Swz.5. The Scope Of Work Does Not Include The Delivery Of Equipment With The Following Symbols: M1, M2, M4, M5, M6, M8 And M9.6. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty: 1) For Construction Works - For A Period Of Min. 36 Months;2) For Equipment And Supplies – For A Period Of Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Works By The Ordering Party And Signing Of The Final Report (Without Any Comments Submitted).
